How should I care for my hair piece?

Our items are very delicate. We recommend that you handle them with extra care as most of them are hand-made. Storing them in the velvet pouch and/or box that it came with will help to protect your special piece. 

I can't decide which hair piece to choose?

We're always happy to help bring your vision to life. Please contact us if you need any assistance in choosing the perfect piece for your special day. We also recommend that you consult with your bridal hair specialist to help you find the best one to suit your style. 

The piece that I want is sold out? When will it be back in stock?

Our items are sold in limited quantities to ensure its quality is perfect. If there's something that you love that is sold out, sign up for our newsletter to keep informed on when it will be back in stock. 

How do I style my hair with my hair piece?

Our hair pieces are quite flexible and can be styled in various ways. Stay tuned for our blog posts where we'll show you different looks. Don't forget to follow us Instagram! 

How long does shipping usually take?

Once your item is processed and packaged with care (usually 1-3 business days) we will send you a notification that it has been shipped. Standard shipping takes approximately 3-9 business days. Please keep in mind that due to the COVID-19 pandemic there may be shipping delays which are out of our control.

Do you offer local pickup?

Absolutely! Local pickup is available in Etobicoke, Ontario. Details will be emailed to you with specific instructions. 

Is shipping offered to the US or International?

Our products are currently only available within Canada. Of course we will keep you updated if this changes. 

Do you offer any returns or exchanges?

Due to the nature of our pieces, for hygienic reasons, we do not accept any returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue in terms of quality, please reach out to us as soon as possible and we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis.
